The Patriot is a 20 acre hike-to, gulch placer. This claim has more hidden potential; mine out of sight, out of mind. Jump off the road and hike to the workings that are close to access, but secluded. Many ounces of gold came out of this area in the early gold rush. Virgin ground still remains.
The Patriot has a small stream with easy slopes to get around on.
